Job requirements:
- Invoicing of monthly rental, invoicing of utilities used.
- Checking of contracts and ensuring rental increase schedules are kept up to date.
- Rent collections and posting of payments and receipts.
- Knowledge of SAP an advantage but not necessary.
- Ideal candidate would be a person between the age of 30 and 45 with sober habits.
