The Opportunity
Were looking for a hands-on, organised, and people-focused Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse at branch level. Youll be responsible for managing the full stock flow from receiving to dispatch ensuring our systems, people and service all run like clockwork.
What You'll Do:
- Manage the receiving and dispatch process accurately and efficiently
- Ensure warehouse SOPs are followed and improved where needed
- Oversee warehouse staff and daily workflows
- Handle repairs, exchanges, and customer-related warehouse issues timeously
- Maintain and manage stock control (including assembled stock)
- Supervise the packing, stacking and movement of goods
- Plan and coordinate deliveries and collections
- Minimise losses, damages and ensure top-notch housekeeping
- Ensure smooth operation of POS and Pastel systems
Grade 12 or equivalent (Tertiary qualification preferred)
4+ years in warehouse, retail, or receiving environments
4+ years in a managerial role (leading 18+ staff)
Customer service experience in a fast-paced setting
Strong time management, attention to detail and communication skills
Computer literate (Word, Excel; Sage Pastel advantageous)
Valid drivers license and own reliable transport
