A leading and fast growing Small Domestic Appliance company based in Cape Town, Northern Suburbs has vacancies for Demonstrators who wish to enter a career with our company. As a Demonstrator, the incumbent is responsible for conducting all demonstrations, store visits and product training.
Accountabilities
- Demonstrate or explain products, methods or services to persuade customers to purchase products or use services.
- Provide product samples, coupons, informational brochures or other incentives to persuade people to buy products.
- Record and report demonstrations-related information, such as number of questions asked by the audience or the number of coupons distributed.
- Sell products being promoted and keep sales record.
- Set up and arrange displays or demonstration areas to attract the attention of prospective customers.
- Visit trade shows, stores, community organizations or other venues to demonstrate products or services to answer questions from potential customers.
- Learn about competitor’s products or consumers interests or concerns to answer questions or provide more complete information.
- Stock shelves with products and develop lists of prospective store events.
Minimum Requirements
- Proficient in MS Office
- Driver’s license advantageous.
- Good administration and communication skills.
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality.
- Excellent attendance record.
- Be able to cook.
