Deputy Regional Manager (Vandalism)

Manage all the Regional Vandalism and 3rd Party spares to ensure smooth operation of the Network. This includes strong leadership, supporting team members (especially the Regional Manager), and communicating & cooperating with other departments.

NOTE: Own transport and valid Drivers License are essential.

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:

• Relevant diploma
• At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience within Telecom
• Demonstrated team leadership

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR, AMONG OTHERS, THE FOLLOWING FUNCTIONS:

• Manage the detailed Vandalism Process in the Region
• Drive and manage Vandalism documentation
• Plan/schedule Vandalism repairs and ensure customer requirements/priorities are met
• Plan spare requirements for Regions
• Co-ordinate vandalism spares with the relevant teams
• Ensure quality Vandalism repairs (remote action)
• Be prepared to work long hours as required
• Be prepared to travel away from home from time to time
