What Youll Do:
- Design engaging content for social media, digital, print, and marketing campaigns.
- Ensure all creative aligns with our brand strategy, CI guidelines, and quality standards.
- Adapt designs across different formats to deliver a seamless, consistent brand experience.
- Utilize AI-driven tools to enhance creativity and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with teams across the business to bring design solutions to life.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
- Organize and maintain our digital asset library for easy access to brand materials.
- Liaise with vendors for high-quality print production when needed.
- 3+ years of design experience (agency or in-house).
- A strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, and social media design.
- A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and design AI tools.
- Deep understanding of brand identity, CI enforcement, and marketing design.
- Ability to balance creativity with structured brand consistency.
