What Youll Do
- You will report to the Manager: Regional Desktop Operations
- Install, configure and troubleshoot desktop systems
- Maintain passwords, data integrity and file system security
- Troubleshoot issues across Windows 11, Apple and virtual operating systems
- Track and manage hardware and software inventory
- Support users with MS Office tools installation and troubleshooting
- You will be part of the 2026 Graduate Programme, which runs for 12 months
- This role is based in the Cape Town/ Centurion offices, with a minimum of 3 days per week in-office

- BSc Degree/ Diploma in Information Technology
- CompTIA A+, MD-100 / MD-101, or JAMF certification (preferred)
- Understanding of deployment tools such as SCCM
- Understanding of networking (wired, wireless and VPN)
- In-depth knowledge of PC and laptop hardware, peripherals, printers and mobile devices
- Proficiency in English in a business environment
- A valid South African Identity Document
