Tasks
- Set up and configure new desktops, laptops, and peripheral equipment for employees.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for staff both in-person and remotely.
- Manage and maintain company IT assets, ensuring all systems are updated and running smoothly.
- Assist with network connectivity issues and liaise with service providers for external support when needed.
- Provide basic training and support to employees on various software applications and IT procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Desktop Support Technician or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
