Responsible for the coordination of SD&L projects through

consultation with Customer Service Leaders and ensuring that implementation of projects and programs happens according to planned activities. Execution of the localization strategy, supporting translation SD&L projects from beginning to end

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Administration
  • Processing of service provider invoices and raising purchase orders
  • Gathering and consolidating proof of payments and evidence reports for the quarterly reports
  • Following up on compliance documentation with beneficiaries and service providers
  • Manage and ensure proper filing of ED and SD documents
  • Collating all ED/SD documentation for the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE) rating process
  • Assist with compilation of monthly SD&L reports
Required Qualifications And Desired Characteristics
  • Grade 12 (required)
  • Degree or National Diploma in Business Management and or Project Management (required)
  • Able to communicate with and coordinate the work of service providers Demonstrated knowledge of producing basic monitoring reports for SD&L projects
  • Very good organizing skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills including clear, concise e-mails; report writing and presentation skills
  • Must be a self-starter and be able to work independently
  • Able to handle multiple projects, prioritize work and work effectively under limited supervision
  • Very good MS Word and MS Excel skills; exposure to MS project (or similar) and MS PowerPoint would be an advantage.
