• System reporting and dashboards
• Environment configuration and management
• Application configuration
• Analysis and resolution of environment and/or application incidents
• Work with development team (as appropriate) to resolve application incidents
• Support rollout team with application rollout
• System deployment and upgrade
• Support infrastructure rollout
