Job description
The purpose of the Digital Engineer at Both&:
To play a technical lead role in the execution of digital transformation projects with low or no-code (drag-and-drop) software. This person will run digitalisation projects through the mapping of existing business processes, co-designing process improvements, drafting Business Requirements Specifications (BRS), identify & implement appropriate technology.
Requirements:
- Industrial or Mechanical Engineering degree or similar diploma
- Proven track record of innovation
- Unquenchable tech curiosity
- Work experience will be beneficial
- Interest in continuous improvement and learning
- Excellent process mapping (BPMN)
- Data architecture & management
- Data analysis
- Excellent written & verbal communication
