Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cape Town for a Digital Learning Intern. The intern will assist in the development of digital learning strategies, support project management efforts, and help with the planning and implementation of digital marketing initiatives. The role also involves analytical tasks and communication with stakeholders to enhance the overall effectiveness of digital learning programs.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate digital learning initiatives and identify areas of improvement
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members and present findings
- Proficiency in Digital Strategy and Digital Marketing techniques to support overall organizational goals
- Basic knowledge or experience in Project Management
You wont be building software from scratch. Youll be working inside online learning systems and with social media and video editing (if you have the skills)
structuring courses
turning PowerPoint content into clear learning modules
building quizzes and learning challenges
testing learner journeys from enrolment to completion
troubleshooting when something doesnt work as it should
If you like problem-solving, enjoy quizzes, progress tracking or gamified learning, and care about making learning clear and engaging, this will suit you.
Background were looking for:
IT / Information Systems / Business Computing / Education Technology (or similar)
Comfortable with Microsoft 365 and cloud tools
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
This is a hands-on internship with real responsibility and room for growth, not a theoretical role. Please do not apply if you do not know what LMS is!
