Job Description
The Manager Digital Marketing, Communications & PR is responsible for planning, executing, and optimising digital marketing, communications, and public relations activities to support business growth, brand visibility, and reputation.
The role focuses on delivering integrated digital campaigns, managing content and communications, supporting media and PR initiatives, and ensuring consistent brand presence across paid, owned, and earned channels. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, this role helps bring the organisations marketing and communications strategy to life.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing & Growth Execution
Support the development and execution of digital marketing initiatives aligned with commercial and brand objectives.
Manage day-to-day performance across acquisition, engagement, and conversion activities.
Execute integrated digital campaigns across paid media, SEO, social, CRM, and content platforms.
Monitor performance and recommend optimisation opportunities to improve results.
2. Brand, Content & Communications
Apply brand guidelines, tone of voice, and messaging frameworks across all digital and communication touchpoints.
Coordinate and manage content across website, social media, email, and digital campaigns.
Support corporate and brand communications, including announcements, internal updates, and leadership messaging.
Ensure consistency and alignment across marketing and communications activities.
3. Public Relations & Media Support
Assist in the execution of PR and media activities to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Support relationships with journalists, media outlets, and industry stakeholders.
Coordinate press releases, media materials, and thought leadership content.
Assist with issues and crisis communications as required, under guidance.
4. Digital Channels & Customer Experience
Manage website content updates, basic UX improvements, and SEO implementation.
Execute social media activity, community management, and online reputation monitoring.
Ensure digital touchpoints are aligned with customer journeys and campaign objectives.
Collaborate with product, e-commerce, and sales teams on digital initiatives.
5. CRM & Customer Engagement
Execute CRM and lifecycle marketing initiatives to support retention and engagement.
Manage email marketing campaigns and marketing automation workflows.
Support database growth, segmentation, and personalisation initiatives.
6. Data, Reporting & Optimisation
Track digital marketing and communications performance against KPIs.
Prepare regular reports and dashboards with insights and recommendations.
Use data to optimise campaigns, content, and channel performance.
Share updates and learnings with the wider marketing team and stakeholders.
7. Stakeholder, Agency & Budget Coordination
Work closely with Sales, Brand, Product and other internal teams.
Coordinate external agencies, including digital, PR, media, and creative partners.
Manage assigned budgets and support forecasting and reporting.
Deliver projects to agreed timelines and objectives.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
47 years experience in digital marketing, communications, and/or PR roles.
Experience delivering integrated digital and communications campaigns.
Hands-on experience with:
- Paid media, SEO, and performance marketing
- CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress)
- CRM and marketing automation tools
- Analytics and reporting tools
