Were seeking a results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to support the planning and execution of digital campaigns, with a focus on SEO and paid search (SEM). This role aims to boost online visibility, drive qualified traffic and leads, and support revenue growth while contributing to Meltwaters broader digital marketing strategy.
What You'll Do:
Paid Search Optimisations
- Optimize Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other search engine campaigns in partnership with regional digital marketers.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and ad copy/landing page testing to improve CTR and Quality Score.
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., Performance Max, Smart Bidding, ChatGPT) to enhance campaign targeting, personalization, and automation.
- Analyze competitors and market trends to inform ad strategy.
- Coordinate the digital content programme, ensuring all content is created and optimised for search engines (SEO) and answer engines (AEO).
- Work on initiatives to increase brand presence online (e.g., backlink building, content sharing, community/forum contributions).
- Perform and execute regular website content audits.
- Monitor and track brand visibility online (e.g., search engine rankings, AI results).
- Implement A/B testing to improve web and landing page performance, ad creatives, and bidding strategies.
- Use GA4, Looker Studio, and other analytics tools to track user journeys and recommend optimisations.
- Continuously optimise campaigns to meet performance KPIs.
- Build and maintain SEO and SEM dashboards reporting on key KPIs, trends, and opportunities (using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or Excel).
- Analyse campaign metrics including CTR, CPC, conversion rate, mROI, and Quality Score; optimise continuously to meet KPIs.
- Track and report on campaign performance regularly and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Set up and maintain tracking via Google Tag Manager, conversion pixels, and UTM parameters.
- Ensure accurate measurement of campaign success and mROI.
- Coordinate global digital campaigns, ensuring assets align with brand guidelines and messaging remains consistent across regions.
- Work closely with SEO agencies, designers, developers, field marketers, and content creators to ensure cohesive execution.
- Liaise with regional digital marketers to align PPC/SEO goals with broader marketing objectives.
- Manage ad-hoc paid social campaigns as needed.
- 3+ years of experience in paid and organic search marketing, ideally in a B2B or tech environment.
- Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Analytics (GA4).
- Knowledge of AI marketing tools.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau).
- Google Ads Certification.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and turn insights into strategy.
- Highly collaborative, with the ability to work cross-functionally with content, design, and development teams.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
