Senior PPC Specialist

Are you a seasoned Media Buyer with a passion for driving success through Facebook Ads? Join our client's vibrant team as a Senior PPC Specialist and take the helm in crafting compelling campaigns that resonate with our clients' target audience. As a key player, you'll leverage your expertise in Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) advertising and demonstrate your prowess in managing budgets effectively. Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead the management and optimization of Facebook Ads campaigns for multiple clients, commanding approximately 90% of your role's focus.
  • Engineer strategies to elevate the performance of Facebook Ads, ensuring clients enjoy an impressive return on investment (ROI).
  • Take charge of budgets ranging from $10, 000 to $30, 000 monthly across 7-8 clients, collectively amounting to up to $240, 000 per month.
  • Create and manage ad sets, relentlessly testing and refining targeting, creatives, and ad formats to meet and exceed campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate hand-in-hand with the creative team to craft captivating, high-converting ad creatives that genuinely resonate with the intended audience.
  • Monitor and dissect campaign performance, distilling data-driven insights and offering recommendations for continuous enhancements.
  • Fine-tune ad spend and performance based on crucial metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Remain at the forefront of cutting-edge trends and optimal practices in media buying and Facebook Ads, integrating innovative strategies to bolster success.
  • Interface directly with clients, understanding their objectives, providing regular campaign updates, and ensuring their utmost satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify prospects for expansion within ongoing campaigns or in the pursuit of new client acquisitions.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record spanning a minimum of six years as a Media Buyer, deeply rooted in Facebook Ads and DTC advertising.
  • Proficiency in deftly managing budgets and steering triumphant campaigns amidst substantial ad spend.
  • A history of adroitly juggling multiple client accounts while consistently delivering outstanding outcomes.
  • Adeptness in crafting and overseeing ad sets on Facebook Ads Manager, with an acute analytical mindset to optimize campaign performance.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation acumen, coupled with a penchant for shining as a client-facing Facebook Ads authority.
  • In-depth experience with DTC advertising for Meta (formerly Facebook) platforms is an indispensable requirement.
  • Keen attention to detail, coupled with the ability to flourish within a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
