About the role:
- Experienced and self-driven (Intermediate) Digital Marketing and User Experience Consultant to join our team! As a Digital Marketing and User experience consultant, your main duties will be to develop and manage digital marketing strategies following best practice user experience methodologies
- Goals may include better online presence and experiences. Run digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels
- Your role will be extremely important for customers success, satisfaction and, ultimately, loyalty
Responsibilities (Depending on project):
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Investigate and determine clients wants and needs
- Plan and implement strategies for clients
- Map our user experience journeys
- Create wireframes
- Optimize web content in order to improve SEO
- Present and train on social media strategies
- Analyse effectiveness of digital campaigns
- Recommend, design and implement digital projects to increase their ROI
- Prepare and present reports on their progress
- Keep abreast with new trends in digital technology
Requirements:
- Knowledge of online marketing tools and technology
- Understanding and knowledge of social media platforms
