Digital Media Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Digital Media Specialist to join our vibrant marketing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing innovative content for diverse media platforms, including the web, social media, presentations, and occasional print media. The successful candidate will become an integral part of our fast-paced, industry-leading company. To excel in this position, you should have demonstrated agency experience as a medium-weight graphic designer, showcasing robust conceptual skills, meticulous attention to detail, the ability to thrive under pressure, and strong time management abilities.

Minimum requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a graphic designer in an agency
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a digital specialist in a B2B environment
  • Possession of a valid driver's license

The Following will be expected from the successful candidate:
  • Showcasing your best work through a portfolio or project demonstration.
  • Collaborating closely with the Marketing Manager to formulate an advanced digital strategy for integrated media campaigns.
  • Conceptualizing, developing, scheduling, and monitoring digital and social media campaigns across various platforms for multiple group companies.
  • Enhancing brand awareness on digital and print media platforms.
  • Maintaining, updating, and refreshing website content on company websites, online directories, and portals.
  • Creating SEO-optimized content and ensuring best practices across digital platforms.
  • Managing day-to-day operations of paid digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, display, and social advertising strategies.
  • Keeping the online media library up to date.
  • Monitoring and reporting on the impact and return on investment of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Staying updated with the latest digital media trends and design technology.
  • Constantly seeking creative ways to enhance the customer experience.
  • Applying basic budgeting skills to reconcile paid digital media placements with the available budget.
  • Collaborating with relevant stakeholders to assess needs.
  • Discussing goals and needs for specific projects, designing ads to meet these goals, and placing targeted consumer ads on social media or other digital platforms.
  • Identifying training and development needs and proactively selecting effective solutions to address development gaps.
  • Ensuring the development and implementation of a personal development plan.
