Whats In It For You -
Salary: R6 500 R8 500 per month depending on experience
40 days paid holiday annually - (28 days + bank holidays + extended festive period shutdown)

Mandatory Skills - 3 to 4 years experience in:
Minimum 3 years solid recruitment administration experience (Sales recruitment desired)
Completely fluent and advanced in English reading and writing
Lead full lifecycle recruiting for tele-sales Agents, source, identify, assess, interview, and guide a diverse pool of candidates through the recruiting process
Conduct preliminary interviews with candidates to assess skills and competencies
Report on pipeline activity and maintain data integrity
Actively use social media platforms to promote employer branding and to drive traffic to open roles by establishing and growing relevant professional networks and talent pools
Ability to work quickly under pressure with attention to detail
Ability to work remotely with strong self-discipline
Must have your own laptop and reliable internet connection
Duties include but not limited to -
Offer the best-in-class candidate experience throughout the interview process by using best practice methods
Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives
Organised, methodical and able to follow processes for recruitment
Highly proficient in all Microsoft packages (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Teams
Work in a team environment and build relationships with colleagues
Recruit and manage a team of remote commission-only telesales agents to generate qualified leads
