We are looking for 10 sales people and 2 Team Leaders with or without experience to sell our funeral policies to the general public.
We will promote the dedicated agents to Team Leaders within 3 months when meeting the required targets.
This is a direct sales position where the agents will be required to go out and sell directly to the public.
Successful candidates will be paid Basic + commission.
Agents who makes 70+ sales for a period of 3 months, will be promoted to Team Leader position with a Basic + Comm. Upon meeting the Team Leader targets, the Team Leader will then be promoted to a Branch Manager.
