Job brief
As a Lead generation agent you will be expected existing clients for medical insurance and other campaign. This is a international campaign, therefore your communication skill is essential for the role.
What their typical Day will look like:
- Read from a scripted pitch
- Transfer warm leads to the USA team
- Work towards exceeding transfer targets
- Ensure high quality standards are adhered to
Requirements:
- Matric
- 12 months outbound sales/Retentions/debt collection/tele sales/lead warming/insurance sales experience (Not essential but preferred)
- International outbound experience with sales
- Lead generation experience (as a duty)
- Neutral accent
- Must be available immediately/ must be currently unemployed
Working hours: 16h00pm – 04:00am (night shift)
Transport will be provided as you will be working USA hours
They will be working Monday to Saturday
Basic salary: R7000 + incentive
Will be office based: Newspaper House,122 St Georges Mall, Cape town city center, 7925, 2nd floor
