Job Duties
- Manage and maintain all project documentation in accordance with company procedures
- Ensure accurate and timely distribution of documents to relevant stakeholders
- Implement document control processes to track revisions, approvals, and distribution
- Collaborate with project teams to organise and maintain documentation in a central repository
- Generate reports on document status, distribution, and any issues that may arise
- Provide training and support to team members on document control procedures

Experience
10 years proven experience as a Document Controller in a similar industry
Knowledge And Skills
- Excellent understanding of document control processes and best practises
- Proficiency in document management systems and software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proven experience as a Document Controller in a similar industry
