Working at NTT

Document Specialists take their instructions from one or more management consultants in the advisory team, operating in a low complexity environment. They may require a certain level of specialization relevant to the team which they support, for example, continuity or resilience.

The primary responsibility of the position is to document reports and other outputs in support to one or more management consultants in a advisory team in support of specific client projects, sales activities, initiatives and/or administrative activities.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Capture information gathered during meetings in the required format, ranging from meeting minutes to worksheets.
• Process information gathered using a combination of text, tables, graphs, process flows, and diagrams as required.
• Prepare and create presentations, spreadsheets, statistical information, and databases as required.
• Prepare a variety of standard and non-standard reports.
• Document formatting.

Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Power Point and Excel
• Proficient typing
• Good attention to detail
• Good interpersonal skills
• Able to cope well under pressure and well organized individuals
• Demonstrate a positive attitude
• Display a level of integrity

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

• Bachelors degree or diploma

Required Experience:

• Entry-level working experience
