Wills Drafter & Safe Custody Administrator
Our Client, a reputable company in the Financial Sector, is seeking a highly motivated and organized Wills Drafter & Safe Custody Administrator to join their team.
Duties & Responsibilities
Qualifications & Experience- Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate is a minimum requirement.
- A Paralegal Diploma or Legal Secretary qualification is a strong advantage.
- FISA Wills Drafter certificate or equivalent qualification in Wills Drafting.
- 3-5 years' experience in Wills drafting within a law firm, deceased estates, or fiduciary environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge and technical expertise in all aspects of Wills drafting and safe custody procedures.
- Experience in deceased estate administration is preferable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
