Job Description
Responsible for on time in full delivery.
- Truck housekeeping
- Ensuring all incidents and accidents are reported timeously
- POD control
- Safe working practices
- General Housekeeping
- Following Standard Operating Procedures
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- 5-7 years related driving experience within an FMCG environment
- Ability to function in a team
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Be self-motivated
- Attention to detail / results oriented
- Numerical Ability
- Sense of Urgency / Accountability
- Required to work a 5-day week
- Required to work rotational shifts, Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays as per shift roster including night shift. Must have a valid code 14 drivers license and PDP (it is the drivers responsibility to ensure that their PDP is renewed timeously each year.
