In this pivotal role, you will:
- Lead the development and implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM and NAV solutions, ensuring they align with our business objectives and strategic priorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business needs, translate them into functional requirements, and deliver comprehensive solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Manage and optimize Dynamics 365 CRM and NAV environments, ensuring optimal performance, data integrity, and security compliance.
- Proactively identify and address potential challenges, supporting our team in maintaining a stable and reliable Dynamics ecosystem.
- Coach and mentor colleagues, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Proven experience as a Dynamics Manager, with a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM and NAV functionalities.
- Expertise in developing and implementing enterprise-grade CRM and ERP solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and actionable plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
