Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Johannesburg, with opportunities to work remotely on occasion. As an Education Sales Representative, you will identify and engage potential clients, build strong relationships with schools and companies, and drive enrollment in our coding and digital education programs. Key responsibilities include conducting outreach, providing product demonstrations, maintaining customer records, and collaborating with the team to meet sales targets. You will also provide exceptional service to current clients and contribute to business growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Proven sales and customer service experience, with a focus on consultative selling
- Ability to effectively present educational programs and tailor solutions to client needs
- Strong organizational, time management, and record-keeping abilities
- Proficiency with technology, including basic understanding of digital tools and platforms
- Experience in education sales or a background in the education sector is a plus
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working both independently and within a team
- Bachelor's degree in business, education, or a related field is preferred but not required
