Responsibilities
- Conduct 40- to 45-minute conversation-based group and private online lessons with adult learners.
- Provide after-class reports to all students, detailing their progress and ongoing recommendations for improvement.
- Keep up to date with all platform and classroom enhancements.
- Manage own teaching schedule.
- South African Residency. You must live in South Africa and be in possession of a South African identity document.
- C2 level English speaker with a neutral accent.
- Completed Bachelors degree (Compulsory).
- 120-hour TEFL teaching certificate (Compulsory).
- Highly computer literate.
- Professional, energetic, and excited about people.
- Previous teaching experience is a plus, but not required. Other work experience counts.

- Noise cancelling headphones.
- Backup power source, i.e. UPS or Generator in case of power outages or load shedding which charges both the laptop and your router for a minimum of 4-hours.
- Surge protector plug (minimum required 230V - 50Hz).
Payment is based on hourly rates: from R60.00 up to R87.00 per hour, based on performance.
All completed hours must be invoiced, and payment excludes any Tax deductions.
