Electrical Estimator

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Estimator to support our team in estimating new construction projects for both commercial and residential properties. The ideal candidate will have experience performing take-offs, creating accurate cost estimates, and using Bluebeam for project documentation. This role will be managed by an in-house estimator and requires availability from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

Perform quantity take-offs and material estimates for electrical projects.

Create detailed cost estimates for commercial and residential new construction projects.

Utilize Bluebeam for reviewing and marking up project documents.

Collaborate with the in-house estimator to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Assist with preparing panel board schedules and other project-related documentation.

Maintain organized records of estimates and project details.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience in electrical estimating for commercial and residential projects.

Proficiency with Bluebeam for take-offs and estimating.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in calculations.

Ability to work independently while following guidance from the in-house estimator.

Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills.

Availability to work 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST to align with company hours.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with virtual teams.
