Reporting to the: Maintenance Manager
Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Installs, services and repairs lighting fixtures and electrical equipment
- Routine maintenance and data recording for fault diagnosis, corrective and preventive maintenance, condition monitoring of electrical and electronic equipment
- Maintain and improve BMS function and field devises attached to the electrical function
- Identify all maintenance concerns and provide the line manager with regular written and/or verbal feedback as required
- Installation of remote distribution boards for functions and events to comply with local regulation
- Asset checking and updating record
- Preventative maintenance updating and scheduling
- Assisting with ISO auditing by proactively working through the buildings
- Be required to work with the events team shifts
- Respond to 24-hour emergency callouts
