A vacancy currently exists for an electrician in Durban.
Job requirements:
- The suitable candidate should be a trade tested electrician with wireman's licence.
- Have good communication skills and be able to demonstrate that they are able to participate as part of a team.
- Have working experience in an industrial environment.
- Knowledge of component, breakdown work and hand skills would be an added advantage.
- Be physically able to meet the demands of a fairly strenuous position, and be prepared to work shifts and overtime when production demands.
- Applicants will be required to work with minimum supervision, work under pressure.
- Be versatile on all machines and electrical equipment within the factory.
- Attend to breakdowns, be responsible for fault finding and maintain electrical tasks as allocated by the electrical foreman.
