The Installation Electrician is responsible for the safe, efficient, and compliant installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment. This role ensures that all work meets Titan Electricals quality standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Install, test, and commission electrical wiring, systems, and equipment according to design specifications and safety standards.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and building plans.
- Perform fault-finding and repairs on electrical installations.
- Install and connect lighting systems, power points, distribution boards, and circuit breakers.
- Ensure compliance with the South African National Standards (SANS) and Occupational Health & Safety regulations.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and serviceable condition.
- Complete job cards, installation reports, and compliance certificates accurately.
- Liaise with clients professionally, providing clear explanations of work carried out.
- Assist with mentoring apprentices and junior electricians when required.
Requirements
- Recognised Installation Electrician Trade Test (Red Seal) or equivalent.
- Valid Single Phase Wiremans Licence
- Minimum 35 years experience in electrical installations (domestic, commercial, and/or industrial).

- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Other: - Valid drivers licence.
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and travel when required.
