Job responsibilities:
- Developing testing tools and procedures
- General system support based on problems reported
- Design of schematic and embedded firmware
- Measurement/compilation of specification and system performance validation Research on signal chains and components
- Software development
Job requirements:
- Starting off on contract with option of permanent position depending on quality of work
- Must have or be working towards the relevant qualification
- Hardware design for schematic and PCB layout System integration VHDL for CPLD and FPGA applications Metrology, developing specifications and measurement methods
- Experience with Altium or open source CAD software
- Self motivated
- Attention to detail essential
