Responsibilities
- Setting up project requirements and schedules.
- Generating project scope.
- Delegating tasks and tracking progress.
- Managing the engineering team.
- Liaising with clients.
- Generating estimations and quotes.
- Generating progress reports.
- Conducting disciplinary hearings.
- Conducting site visits and commissioning.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a relevant field of engineering and management.
- Proficiency in CAD, especially Solidworks.
- Experience working with a product management system (PDM) and vault.
- Development of manufacturing drawings.
- Hands-on experience with machines.
- Experience with Sage accounting.
- Proficient in office products such as Teams, Excel, and Word.
- Experience in mining machines (jaws, cones, apron, and conveyors) is advantageous.
- Experience in military applications such as drones is advantageous.
- Ability to speak either French or German
