Ensure implementation of Glencores Safe Work safety management systems and protocols
Achievement of 98% furnace availabilities and >99% fume abatement utilisation
Management of the Engineering department
Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements
Oversee all Projects design and implementation
Manage financial budgets and capital compliance of operational functions
Manage annual shutdown, maintenance planning and execution
Ensure machinery and equipment is maintained to high engineering, operational and legal standard
