Enterprise Account Executive

We're on the lookout for a seasoned Enterprise Account Executive to join our crew. You'll be our growth catalyst, using your experience and strategic mindset to drive business expansion through the sale of our unique staffing solutions. You won't be alone on this journey - you'll team up with our Founder/CEO to broaden our client base, using your savvy in agency sales and marketing to steer through the complexities of long sales cycles and shape the direction of our offerings.

What you'll be doing:

Strategic Visionaries Apply Here: Together with our Founder/CEO, you'll draft and execute a strategic sales plan that targets potential clients who can benefit from our staffing solutions.

Client Relationship Maestro: You'll channel your comprehensive enterprise sales experience to foster and maintain solid relationships with clients, carving out new business opportunities and boosting revenue.

Bespoke Solution Crafters: Working hand in hand with our cross-functional teams, you'll create tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client, nurturing enduring partnerships in the process.

Client Liaison Extraordinaire: You'll be the touchpoint for our clients, addressing their questions, keeping them in the loop on project progress, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Process Efficiency Connoisseur: Using our tech toolkit (HubSpot for CRM, Asana for project management, Notion for documentation, and Slack for team communication), you'll streamline processes and bolster collaboration.

What we're looking for:

Seasoned Pros: A minimum of 5 years as an Account Executive, preferably in the enterprise space, with a successful track record in driving revenue and building robust client relationships.

Tech Gurus: Proficiency in tools like HubSpot for CRM, Asana for project management, Notion for documentation, and Slack for team communication.

Resilient Navigators: Experience with long sales cycles and the adaptability to thrive in a dynamic business environment.

Industry Insiders: In-depth knowledge of the marketing industry, equipping you to offer valuable insights and advice to clients.

Master Communicators: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, enabling you to effectively convey ideas, meet client needs, and close high-ticket deals.

Growth Seekers: A proactive mindset, constantly scouting opportunities for improvement and innovation within our client offerings and sales approach.
