Position: Entry Level Sales Assistant

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as an Entry Level Sales Assistant. Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting the sales team with daily administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents

• Participating in sales meetings and providing support to the sales team during client presentations
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Tracking and reporting on sales data and performance metrics
• Learning about our products and services and staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments
• Assisting with the preparation of sales proposals and contracts
• Other duties as assigned by the sales manager or team leader

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is an asset, but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow within the company
