The body corporate requires a suitable estate/maintenance manager who is meticulous and works methodically.
Job requirements:
- The successful incumbent must be computer literate.
- Vibrant and able to deal with security, maintenance issues, supervision of the service providers and body corporate employees.
- The hours of works 7H30 to 16H30 (Mon-Fri) 7h30 to 12H00(Sat) and will be on call and responsible to attend to all after hours emergencies.
- Must be residing close to the Umhlanga area.
- Must be able to start immediately.
