Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure efficient operations and compliance to 3 Executive Directors
- Coordinate travel arrangements for management and visitors.
- Record and distribute minutes for Board, Audit, Risk, and internal meetings
- Organize events, source venues, and oversee event execution.
- Manage correspondence, maintain records, and update database.
- Develop and implement administrative SOPs.
- Oversee building maintenance and coordinate Health and Safety training.
- Maintain ISO-9001 compliance records and assist with audit preparations.
- Health & Safety officer experience will be an added bonus.
- Manage product license renewals, IT service coordination, and insurance matters.
- Supervise administrative staff and manage company vehicle schedules.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualification in Business Administration or equivalent
- Experience handling confidential information with discretion.
- Valid drivers license and own vehicle required.
- Afrikaans communication skills advantageous.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar administrative role.
- Event coordination experience essential.
- Health and Safety Officer experience advantageous.
- Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment preferred.
- Willing to travel locally (20% within Western Cape).
