Role Summary:

The Divisional ICT Executive is a strategic leadership position focused on optimizing ICT systems to align with the organizations business objectives. This role is not operationally hands-on but is dedicated to guiding the overall ICT strategy and enhancing the team's capacity within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Lead and develop an ICT team of 8, ensuring the implementation of the most effective systems to meet the companys needs.
• ICT Capacity Building: Drive improvements in the teams capacity to handle the organizations ICT requirements.
• System Management: Ensure the effective use and management of SYSPRO, data processing, and cybersecurity systems.
• Vendor Liaison: Manage and maintain strong relationships with ICT service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Cybersecurity: Oversee the implementation of comprehensive cybersecurity measures to safeguard company data and systems.
• Manufacturing Focus: The role requires experience in a manufacturing environment, as industry-specific knowledge is critical.
• Decision-Making Support: Provide dashboards and analytics to support informed and effective business decisions.
