St Peters College seeks to fill the position of Executive Head, reporting directly to the School Council. The role grants full operational authority and control, requiring someone who takes ownership, shows commitment, is solution-orientated and works independently. A forward-thinking and agile leader with vision, who will innovate and ensure that the School and its offerings are fit for the new world is needed. The ideal candidate will be a culture fit with the School's Anglican ethos, demonstrating warmth and passion to build connections and inspire both students and teachers. This leader must be able to relate to and collaborate with Council members, parents, students and other stakeholders from diverse backgrounds, showing enthusiasm and involvement in all aspects of the School. A customer-centric approach to service and quality is essential. The position demands someone with the credentials and gravitas to command the respect of the School community, local society and other educational peers.
