Role Purpose

I am looking for a highly capable, self-managed individual to act as my operational and personal right hand across several businesses.

This role exists to protect my time, enforce systems, and ensure both the business and my working environment run smoothly without constant escalation.

This is not a junior or administrative PA role.



Key Responsibilities

Founder Office & Environment
Act as first filter for matters requiring my attention
Prevent unnecessary escalation and interruptions
Ensure my office, schedule, meetings, coffee, meals, and daily requirements are handled
Manage cleaning, catering, and office order (delegation, not necessarily execution)

Business & Operational Oversight
Implement, maintain, and enforce SOPs across all companies
Track SLAs, rental agreements, fuel supply agreements, and service contracts
Ensure inspections, calibrations, and statutory services are completed on time
Track compliance deadlines through to closure
Maintain active job tracking on the operations drive
Follow up on purchase orders and supplier commitments
Compile project documentation and technical data packs

Monitoring & Enforcement
Monitor vehicle tracking and fuel usage and act on exceptions
Monitor site staff tracking and working hours
Ensure standards are enforced without my involvement

People & Growth Support
Assist with staff recruitment and onboarding
Support managers with structure, follow-ups, and discipline
Use AI tools to improve efficiency and reporting
Assist with disposal and sale of vehicles and assets



Authority & Accountability

This role has delegated authority to:
Enforce systems and deadlines
Push back on poor discipline
Decide what does not require my involvement

Unnecessary escalation is considered a system failure.

Experience in engineering, logistics, property, or compliance-heavy environments is a strong advantage.
