Description:

The Executive Personal Assistant / Office Manager will provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and manage the daily operations of our head office. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks while maintaining utmost discretion and professionalism.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Matric
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field advantageous
  • Minimum of 5 Years proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting to executive team specifically CEO
  • Experience in property leases and legal documents/ contracts
  • Exposure to collections - property
  • Experience is Shareholders and Trustees - Crucial
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and multitask effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Discretion and trustworthiness in handling confidential information.
  • Hands on Problem Solving approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Presentable/Professional appearance and well spoken
  • Team Player who leads by example
  • Proactive in approach
