SUMMARY:

Were looking for a proactive and organised Admin Support professional to join our client. If you have strong communication skills, great attention to detail, and enjoy keeping operations running smoothly.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities
  • General office administration, order processing, shipping documents.
  • Capture, update and maintain records on internal systems (e.g. CRM, stock systems, shared spreadsheets).
  • Assist with order processing: preparing quotes, sales orders, invoices and related documentation.
  • Liaise with couriers and suppliers for collections, deliveries and basic logistics follow-ups.
  • Support the sales and operations team with ad hoc admin tasks and projects.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional manner when required.
  • Ensure all information is captured accurately and kept up to date.
Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
  • Very high level of computer literacy and proficiency, including fast and accurate typing, confident use of web-based tools, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Proficient in English (reading, writing and speaking) able to draft clear, professional emails and documents.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills able to think logically, troubleshoot issues, and propose practical solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work, especially data capturing and document preparation.
  • Good organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and asking the right questions to get things done.
Advantageous Experience & Skills
  • 13 years experience in an administrative, office support or customer service role.
  • Experience working in a small/medium business environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs).
  • Experience with CRM, accounting or ERP systems (e.g. capturing orders, customer details, invoices).
