The Employee represents the company by addressing incoming telephone, digital, or written inquiries. The Inbound contact representative performs basic contact center Administrative / clerical / operational / customer support/computational tasks.
The advisor understands and addresses customer needs which may include complex benefit questions, resolve issues, and educate customers.
Record details of inquiries, comments or complaints, transactions or interactions and takes action in accordance with it.
Qualifications
- SA Citizen
- Grade 12 (Mandatory)
- 6+ months Call Centre agent experience (Mandatory)
- Clear criminal record (Mandatory)
- Clear credit record
- Computer Literacy (MS Office, Social Media, Online, Navigation)
- Fluent articulation of the English language (Spoken and Written)
