Facilities Administrative Assistant

We require an enthusiastic and approachable individual to join our Digital ICT department providing technical 1ST line service desk support.

You must have relevant experience in a busy service desk environment providing technical customer support to various levels of users.

You will have good customer service skills and work ethics; have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills and the ability to work on your own or as part of a team.

You will have a minimum of HNC/HND in a computer related subject.

You will be required to cover Procurement duties when necessary.

You may be required to take part in a weekend working rota.

Please note this is an office based role and not remote working.

The duties of this post require the successful candidate to complete a Standard Police Act Disclosure Scotland Check.
