School in Plettenberg Bay seeks a Facilities coordinator with a min 3 years experience, Matric is essential. To ensure that the condition of facilities (grounds, buildings, landscape security etc) is maintained to the agreed standards and that costs are contained and/or reduced where possible. The Facilities Co-ordinator fulfills a key role in overseeing the vendors contracted to provide outsourced services in the areas of security, cleaning & hygiene, landscaping and generator maintenance and ensuring that they deliver in accordance with their respective Service Level Agreements. They will arrange for vendors to provide ad hoc repairs/ maintenance services to the site/ campus when internal resources have either been exhausted or do not possess the requisite skills/ equipment. They are also the site liaison for Environment, Health & Safety matters.
