We are looking for someone to become the facilities manager at a upmarket residential block in Bedfordview.
Job responsibilities:
- Hours would be 8-4 Monday to Friday as well as 8-12 on Saturday Mornings.
- Being the first point of call to the residents of the building
- Overview and upkeep of the block
- Assessing damages and obtaining quotes from preferential contractors for trustees consideration.
- Overseeing an employee to do general maintenance around the building. (Gardens, lights etc)
- Arranging contractors for general maintenance when needed.
- Attending to any problems brought forward by residents which fall into the scope of the Body corporate.
- Any other tasks the trustees need done.
