Qualification: Engineering Degree or Technical college degree
Experience: 5 years experience in engineering management (plant maintenance, machinery and processing equipment as well as packaging equipment), with leadership experience preferably in FMCG-related manufacturing environment

In this role you will be responsible for supporting and participating in the implementation and execution of the factory asset maintenance program aimed to eliminate unplanned stops and optimize maintenance cost and as a result increase asset intensity.
A day in the life of a Factory Maintenance Engineer:
Manage existing assets - Planned maintenance:
- Actively participate in maintenance routines to ensure that maintenance activities are scheduled and executed in time with high quality.
- Support and participate in the implementation maintenance methodologies (Preventative Maintenance pillar through TPM methodology), usually a lead of Preventative Maintenance pillar.
- Master and coach breakdown analysis.
- Responsible to ensure effective utilization of Asset Maintenance Management system.
- Provide input for annual maintenance budget. Assist with the reporting and tracking of the maintenance budget. Analyze over/under spending in the area of responsibility and propose corrective actions.
- Support and participate in the competence building plan (CBP) for the maintenance team.
- Build up maintenance methodologies competencies within Engineering, on the topics from Roles and Responsibilities matrix.
- Assist with the technical training program for all factory maintenance staff.
- Build up Asset Maintenance Management competencies within Engineering.
- Support the TPM implementation
- Support production to eliminate quality defects, safety risks and chronic technical issues.
- Support and participate in implementation of applicable standards.
- Ensure adherence to applicable standards in the area of responsibility.
- Engineering Degree or Technical college degree (e.g., mechanical, electrical)
- Experience in engineering management (plant maintenance, spray drying and can filling and soft pack filling and packing technologies), preferably in FMCG related manufacturing environment (min 5 years)
- Experience working in multifunctional team (i.e., capital projects, DMAIC) preferred.
- Good knowledge of Total Productivity Maintenance
- Good knowledge of Asset maintenance
- Good knowledge of Asset Maintenance Management system (SAP PM module)
- Nestl Engineering organization and Roadmap
- Knowledge of Total Productivity Maintenance methodology is preferred
