Matric

Computer literate Excel, Word, Outlook

Experience

Minimum 5 years in running an Aluminium Factory.

Production planning.

Processing of Job cards.

Manage Production team - Ability to handle the factory staff, Discipline, timesheets.

Employee Performance management.

Health & Safety and maintaining a safe working space.

Machinery Have knowledge of machines in the production of aluminium windows and doors, shopfronts and curtain walls.

AAAMSA & SAGGA have knowledge of regulations in the aluminium and glass industry.

Scheduling of regular maintenance of equipment.

Quality control of all material entering and leaving factory.

Procurement procurement and ordering of materials, glass and consumables just in time.

Compile Management reports.

Manage production schedule and co-ordinate the process with production office team.

Work a 6-day week.
