Family Lawyer

Our Client based in Sandton is looking to expand their Family Law Services and Expertise.

• 5 years post-admission experience (minimum)
• Excellent drafting skills.
• Strong litigation experience.
• Experience in all areas of Family Law work.
• Right of appearance in the High Court
• Excellent experience of the courts and must comfortable appearing in court.
• Handling matters from start to finish.

This role is not exclusively Family law work, however, this is an area the Firm wants to expand its expertise and offering on. Applicants with Litigation and Commercial experience will also be considered.
