A well known Fast Food franchise is looking for a Restaurant Manager in Caledon with at least 3 years' Restaurant/Fast Food Managerial experience.
Duties:
- Manage food cost, speed of service, sales targets & expenses
- Increase sales & turn-over
- Count, order & receive stock
- Cash-up & banking
- Handle customer complaints
- Recruit & train staff
- Draw up shift schedules
- Create daily, weekly & monthly reports
Requirements:
- Matric
- 3+ years fast food restaurant management experience (e.g. Burger King, KFC, McDonalds, Nandos)
- Micros POS experience essential
- Willing to work shifts
